Firefox Relay

What is Firefox Relay?

Firefox Relay is a free privacy-focused service by Mozilla that lets you create temporary email aliases to hide your real inbox when signing up for websites or newsletters. Instead of sharing your actual email, you use a random alias that forwards messages to your real address, protecting you from spam and helping prevent email tracking.

The problem it solves

When registering for any service or website, your email is often required, exposing it to hacking or selling to marketing parties. With Firefox Relay, you can create random email aliases for each site, and if one alias starts receiving spam, you can simply delete or disable it without affecting your original inbox.

Key features

• Create temporary email aliases (up to 5 free, unlimited with Premium).
• Automatic email forwarding to your real inbox.
• Ability to delete or disable any alias at any time.
• Custom email subdomain for instant aliases (Premium).
• Phone number masking for calls and SMS (Premium, US/Canada).
