Quick Info
App Details
Our Coaching Application (powered by evidence-based training engine) will help users receive an individualized training experience that in real-time adjusts to the program. This platform's overall goal is to provide a totalized fitness experience that is at a fraction of the cost of 1-1 coaching.
Evolve provides affordable expert coaching by uniting advanced AI (Expert System), industry-leading coaches, world-class athletes, and cutting-edge researchers to empower everyone to achieve their training goals.
After taking the onboarding questionnaire you are required to set up a paid subscription before accessing the App, this unlocks the strength training and Nutrition tracking features so you can get to work! The strength training uses block periodization to create a custom plan for your needs and the nutrition will generate your macros and adjust them over time so you keep making progress towards your goals.

Editor Review
Evolve Training App offers a practical solution for those seeking personalized coaching at an affordable cost, leveraging an expert system that adjusts the program based on your progress. Its strength lies in combining strength training and nutrition tracking in one platform, with plans grounded in scientific principles. However, note that the app requires a paid subscription immediately after the onboarding questionnaire, which may be a barrier for those wanting to try it first. This app suits serious athletes and beginners who prefer data-driven automated guidance, but it's not for those seeking direct human coaching or a free version.
